 The employer is responsible for finding housing but does not have to pay for it. 

 Per H-2B regulations the employee is responsible for transportation to & from the worksite.

 The H-2B employer must pay its H-2B workers at least the highest of the prevailing wage rate obtained from the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) or the applicable Federal, State, or local minimum wage. 

According to H-2B regulations, employers must provide transportation both to and from the worker's homeland, regardless of whether the worker quits or is let go.
